NSF-certified models feature coved corners with a 3/4-inch radius, 1-1/2-inch sanitary rolled rims, and recessed drain openings designed to meet commercial food service sanitation standards. Square corner models (Wichita and Terrell series) are built to commercial specifications but may not carry NSF designation.

Bowl sizes range from compact 10x14 inches (Pecos series) up to 24x30 inches for larger configurations. Common sizes include 12x18, 15x24, 16x21, 18x18, 18x24, and 20x24 inches. Bowl depths are typically 12 inches for NSF-approved models and 14 inches for square corner styles, accommodating sheet pans, pots, and small wares.

Many models are available with optional integral drainboards in 18-inch or 24-inch configurations, available on the left, right, or both sides. Models without drainboards are also offered for facilities with space constraints. Drainboard options are clearly indicated in each product's model number and specifications.

All Griffin Products 3 compartment sinks include specification-grade hardware: one or two swing spout wall-mount faucets (10-inch to 14-inch, model dependent), three basket drains, and a faucet installation kit. The 14-gauge Trinity and Wichita series sinks are backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. The 16-gauge Sabine, Terrell, and Pecos series sinks include a 5-year warranty. All warranties are provided directly by Griffin Products, Inc., and are included with the purchase price at no additional cost.
